How can I set up an account?

Please call our offices at 214-421-4140 or Toll Free 800-320-2014 and let a customer service representative to help you. You can also fill out our New Customer Form and someone will contact you. (Customer Forms)

How much is delivery?

We do not charge a delivery fee if the minimum amount is ordered. Depending on your location your order minimum will vary. Please contact your sales representative for amount. (Sales Contacts)

What states do you delivery to?

We currently deliver to North Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Louisiana but we are always expanding our routes please contact a sales representative for specific city schedule. (Distribution Map)

What if I want same day delivery?

We do provide same day delivery but this service in only available to customers within a 20 mile radius of our facility. The area is determined by our Transportation Manager and varies. The order will need to be placed before 12:00 p.m. Monday –Friday and 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Do you have specials?

Yes, our specials change daily. When placing your order just let the rep know if we have any specials for the day and they will provide you with the list of items. Our specials vary from Produce to Grocery please specify if you just want to hear one or the other.

What type of payment do you accept?

If you have an account set up with us you can pay by check, cash or fill out a credit application. We do not accept Credit Cards of any type. Credit Applications are considered after a few months of established business.

I just placed an order and I need to make changes?

Please call your Sales Representative or Customer Service at 214-421-4140 and let them know your order number and that you want to make changes to it. Depending on where your order was when it was canceled there might be a restocking fee.

Will my produce be fresh?

Absolutely, we have new loads coming in everyday and our warehouse has various temperature control coolers for proper storage. Product goes from the cooler to a refrigerated dock to a refrigerated truck to maintain products freshness.

Do I have to have a business for delivery?

Yes, we only make deliveries to businesses that have an established account but our warehouse is open to the public, and anyone is welcome to stop by and pick up. (Customer Hours)

What if my order is damaged during transit?

We ask that you check your order when it arrives with the driver and if anything is not up to your standards please let the driver call customer service for a credit. Since we are dealing with perishable items all claims need to be called in within 24 hours of delivery.
